This declares the keys below in your catalog and sets none of them. A template is a schema for keys; it never carries a value.

`RENDER_API_KEY`	required	secret	Render says these are secret credentials not to be posted publicly, committed, or shared outside your organization. It takes precedence over a token from render login, and unlike those it does not expire. Revoke and create a new one if it leaks.. where to get it
